2. PAYMENTS
At Tweedlove we accept the following payment options:

All transactions are conducted through Stripe Payments (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.)
Your credit card information is encrypted by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Protocol. This means no unauthorized personnel can access or gather your card number or other information during transactions.

All prices are including VAT.
Shipment is not included in any prices. Please read section 3 below for shipment details.

Tweedlove remains the right to edit prices at any times.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Tweedlove we deliver all our packages with GLS*. All shipments will be sent with Track & Trace details attached. The Track & Trace link and code is shown in the order confirmation e-mail, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

*For some countries we may opt to use UPS or a third shipping company if the pricing and shipping is advantageous for both parts.

We only deliver to the following countries:
Denmark
Sweden
Germany
United Kingdom
Belgium
France
Netherlands

3.1 Free shipping
We offer free shipping when orders exceed:
DKK: 499,- DKK
SEK: 699,- SEK
GBP: £59
EUR: €65

3.2 Shipping & return rates (for orders below free shipping & return rate)
For orders below the limit of free shipping, we will charge a shipping fee depending on your country of delivery:
DKK: 39,- DKK
SEK: 100,- SEK
GBP: £9
EUR: €10

The product will be delivered to the address stated as delivery address in the check-out window.

It is not possible to pick up products directly from our warehouse or office. All orders must be bought and processed online through our webshop.

We will not charge the amount of the order from your bank account until the order has been shipped.

For international customers: We expect to deliver your order in 2-4 weekdays, from when you receive your order confirmation.

For danish customers exclusively: we are generally able to deliver orders to GLS package shops from day-to-day, but this is not a guaranteed service.

4. WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

We offer 2 years of warranty for accepted claims, according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).
The right for complaints accounts only for errors in the material, and potential errors caused during manufacturing.

Your right to complain does not enclose for errors, damages, or faults caused by using the product irresponsibly, or in an inappropriate way.

Tweedlove will cover the shipment costs of all justified & accepted claims. If we receive a product and judge that it does not comply with our rights for warranty & complaints, we will only cover a reasonable amount of the expenses for the returned goods, but we are not responsible for any related shipping expenses.

If you wish to return a damaged product, please contact us by e-mail at INFO@Tweedlove.dk before returning it with the Return Merchandize Authorization Form enclosed in your package.

*We recommend using the GLS return label enclosed in your package.
- If you wish to return a product, please use the return label enclosed in the package you received your product in or contact us to receive a return label from GLS directly by e-mail. If GLS is not available in your country, we kindly ask you to find another shipping method.

For our convenience, please label the package with “Return”. Also, you must remember to fill out the return & exchange RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form we sent you along with your product(s)

5. RETURNS & REFUNDING

We wish to make it as simple as possible for you to return and exchange products from our webshop.

We offer 30 days for return and exchange of products, starting when you receive your order physically.
- After the 30 day-period has expired, we will not refund or exchange products.

- If you want to have your money refunded without a complying reason, we will charge a shipping fee corresponding to the prices in pt. 3.2 from your refund. Read our policy here: Responsible returning – our policy.

5.1 Refunds
If you want to return a product, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. This includes the product must be clean, unused, unwashed, and with the original labels and tags attached.
Stickers and shipment-labels must never be put directly on the product if you wish to return a product.

We always attempt to complete your refund as fast as possible. However, the process of receiving returned products and conducting the refund transaction is always time consuming, so we encourage you to be patient. Your money will be refunded as quickly as possible.

When we have received and expedited your returned products, you will receive an e-mail from us regarding your refunding activities.

If you wish to return a product without exchange and receive refund, we kindly ask you to read our policy Responsible returning – our policy here, as our overall policy is to charge you for the extra shipping fee cost, when returning a product without a legitimate reason.

6. EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

We offer 30 days for return and exchange of products, starting when you receive your order physically.
- After the 30 days has expired, we will not refund or exchange products.

We offer free exchange of products to other products, or if you wish to change to a different size.
- To exchange a product, you must place a new order on our webshop. We will ship your new order as fast as possible. When we receive the product you wish to exchange, we will refund the money for your exchanged product(s).

Please, follow the RMA form enclosed in the package we sent you. Products returned for exchange must always be sent to*:

6.1 Shipment cost for exchanges & re-orders.
If you have bought for less than the free shipping limit stated in pt. 3.1 above, and therefore paid for the initial shipment, we will always refund the cost of shipment on your new order. In that case, you will only pay for shipment once. If your order exceeds the free shipping limit in pt. 3.1 above, your shipment will always be free of charge.

When we have received and expedited your returned products, you will receive an e-mail from us regarding your exchange of product activities.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

When you complete a purchase in our webshop, we receive and collect all data necessary to process your order successfully. This includes name, contact information, address, and the products you have ordered. These data will be stored securely in our webshop system, as well as the accounting system we use to manage our company.

We will never receive or attempt to collect data about your payment credit card data, as all data is secured and encrypted by Stripe Payments.

If you sign up to our newsletter, we will store your name and e-mail in our database at Mailchimp and Adobe Magento 2.4. If you wish to sign off from our newsletter, please follow the unsubscribe-link in the newsletters, or contact us at INFO@Tweedlove.dk.

We never sell, distribute or hand over any personal data to any third-party companies.

If you wish to be completely erased from our database, also, please contact us at INFO@Tweedlove.dk

7.1 Digital & electronical marketing
If you have explicitly given your consent, we will apply and use the personal data you have given us to send you personal offers and information about our products. When contacting you, we will use the collected data about your previous orders, to send you new offers you might find interesting. At any time, you can contact us or sign off from these offers. Please follow our “unsubscribe”-link in the e-mails you receive from us to cancel your subscription.

7.2 Campaigns, competitions & surveys

If you choose to participate in a survey, interact with our campaigns, or visit our webshop, we might ask you to write personal information, such as name, address and/or phone number. Our purpose is to have necessary contact data about you if you win a prize.

8. PROVISO – RIGHTS RESERVED

We take reservation for print errors, sold out- or discontinued products, product specifications, and price- and currency changes.

Any order placed at www.tweedlove.dk can be affected by force majeure. In case of force majeure, we can either agree to cancel the order, or deliver the product(s) as soon as the obstacle or problem causing force majeure has been solved. We cannot be held responsible for any losses this may cause if the order is agreed to proceed.

9. USE OF COOKIE DATA

We use and collect cookies. Cookies are small files asking for access to be stored on your computer’s hard drive. When you have accepted a cookie (which most computers do partially automatic) it will help your computer to organize and remember items in your basket, fill in your contact details automatically, etc.

We use cookies to gain knowledge about behavior of the visitors on our website. Our purpose is solely to improve the overall website performance. Also, we use cookies to support and enhance our marketing efforts.
